Itinerary Highlights

Stay at Gangtok

Day 1: Arrival at NJP/IXB – Darjeeling (75Km / 3Hrs Apx)

On arrival at NJP Railway Station / IXB Airport, meet and greet our representative who will transfer you to Darjeeling. On arrival, check-in at the hotel. Rest of the day is free for leisure. An overnight stay at the hotel in Darjeeling.

Day 2: Darjeeling Sightseeing & Departure – NJP/IXB (130 km / 4 h 30 min Apx.)

Wake up early on this day (4 AM) and start the journey to the top of the famous Tiger Hill in Darjeeling. Witness the mesmerizing sunrise shedding golden light on the peak of Kanchenjunga. After this, visit the Batasia Loop and Ghoom Monastery. Have your breakfast and transferred to NJP Railway station / IXB Airport on the way sightseeing, covering major attractions like Zoological Park, Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, Ropeway, Tibetan Refugee Self Help Centre, Tensing Rock, and Japanese Temple.

Cautions:

• If any natural disaster happens, "PAHARIYAN TOURISM PVT. LTD." is not responsible.
• For any route change charges extra upon to the distance.
• If cancellation happens 30% of Booking amount is not refundable.

Cost per Person:

• BUDGET PACKAGE (BOLERO SUV): ₹ 1,990.00 Per Person
• GST 18% EXTA.

FOR CONFORMING THE PACKAGE ADVANCE BOOKING AMOUNT WILL BE 50% APX. OF THE WHOLE PACKAGE, REST 50% ON ARRIVAL.

Payment and Cancellation terms

• Full payment has to be paid at least 30 days prior to departure.

• For bookings less than 30 days prior to the date of departure, full money is to be paid at the

time of booking.

• Tickets & Tour Documents would be issued 4 days prior to the date of departure.

 

Cancellation/Amendments:

AMENDMENTS / CANCELLATIONS

If the Client is willing to amend or cancel his/her booking because of whatsoever reasons

including death, accident, illness, or any other personal reasons including non-payment of the

balance payment, the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from the Client:

When a Cancellation Is made Cancellation Charges per person on or before 30 days prior to the departure of the Tour Initial deposit amount, 29 -15 Days prior to the departure of the Tour 50%of the Total Tour, Cost 14 days or less prior to the date of departure or a "No Show " on the tour 100%of the Total Tour Cost.

Any amendment in the original booking has to be given to us in writing. All changes will be processed only after the receipt of the same by the Company. However, if any of the amendment requests results in cancellation of one or more services, then the Company is liable to recover cancellation charges as indicated in the above-mentioned table.

The above-mentioned cancellation charges are applicable only against the main Tour and optional tours published by the Company. If the Client has booked any other services such as air/train tickets or any third-party product, then the Company is liable to recover cancellation charges as per cancellation terms of respective airline/railways or the cancellation terms of a respective third party. The Company is also liable to recover its service charges against booking and cancelling such services for the Client.

REFUNDS

Refunds (If any) for amendments and/or cancellations will be paid directly to the Client for booking made directly with the Company by way of Demand draft/Crossed cheque/ Cash at the discretion of the Company. For Bookings routed through our Preferred Sales Agents or Travel agent, the refunds will be routed through them. It would at least take 30 days to process refunds. There is no refund payable for any unutilized services (e.g. Meals, Entrance Fees, Optional Tours, Hotels, and Sightseeing etc.) for any reason whatsoever.

GENERAL INFORMATION

All domestic Hotels/Transport rates are based on current tariff & subject to change without prior notification; the revised rates will be charged extra. All arrangements made by Pahariyan Tourism Pvt. Ltd. are in the capacity of an agent only. Pahariyan Tourism Pvt. Ltd. will not be liable for claims or expenses arising from circumstances beyond our control such as accidents, injuries, delayed or cancelled flights & acts of force majeure.
