Day 1 - Arrival at Jalpaiguri Road Railway station

Welcome to Jungle tour will start with your arrival at the Jalpaiguri Road railway station. Meet our representative and get transferred to your hotel in Murti “Prime Murti Resort”. On the way sightseeing of Teesta Bridge, Lataguri, Mahakal Mandir & Tia Bon and drop to your Resort. You are free for the rest of the day. You can relax or can go to explore on your own. Overnight stay at the hotel.

• Dinner (Veg/N.Veg)

Day 2 – Murti – Jaldhaka (40km /2 Hrs approx.)

Have your breakfast and get ready for a sightseeing tour around the region. Visit Khuniya beat, Paren, Dalgaon View Point, Jhalong which is a beautiful place to take some amazing snaps. On the way and drop to Jaldhaka Homestay. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 3 – Jaldhaka - Chilapata (120Km / 3hs Apx.)

After breakfast in the morning, you will start the journey to Chilapata as per the tour package. Arrive at Chilapata via sightseeing of Bindu Dam, Bhutan Gate, Jhalong Falls, You will be totally mesmerized by the many high mountains, Tea Garden & Jungle surrounding the entire city. Check-in to your Green Heaven Homestay. You can relax or ask for a bonfire at your own expense. Overnight stay at the Homestay.

Day 4: Chilipata Jungle Safari & Sightseeing

Wake up early on this day (5 AM) and start the journey to the dangerous deep famous forest of Jaldapara with Jeep then return back to homestay have your breakfast and move out Buxa Jayanti sightseeing which are about 55 km one way from Chilipata Forest. After exploring the Buxa Tiger Reserve, Jayanti Hills, return back to your Homestay in Chilipata for an overnight stay.

• Day 5 - Check-out and Return

Have your breakfast, Check out of the hotel, and get transferred to the New Alipurduar railway station as the Welcome to Jungle tour comes to an end.

Payment and Cancellation terms

• Full payment has to be paid at least 30 days prior to departure.

• For bookings less than 30 days prior to the date of departure, full money is to be paid at the

time of booking.

• Tickets & Tour Documents would be issued 4 days prior to the date of departure.

 

Cancellation/Amendments:

AMENDMENTS / CANCELLATIONS

If the Client is willing to amend or cancel his/her booking because of whatsoever reasons

including death, accident, illness, or any other personal reasons including non-payment of the

balance payment, the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from the Client:

When a Cancellation Is made Cancellation Charges per person on or before 30 days prior to the departure of the Tour Initial deposit amount, 29 -15 Days prior to the departure of the Tour 50%of the Total Tour, Cost 14 days or less prior to the date of departure or a "No Show " on the tour 100%of the Total Tour Cost.

Any amendment in the original booking has to be given to us in writing. All changes will be processed only after the receipt of the same by the Company. However, if any of the amendment requests results in the cancellation of one or more services, then the Company is liable to recover cancellation charges as indicated in the above-mentioned table.

The above-mentioned cancellation charges are applicable only against the main Tour and optional tours published by the Company. If the Client has booked any other services such as air/train tickets or any third-party product, then the Company is liable to recover cancellation charges as per cancellation terms of respective airline/railways or the cancellation terms of the respective third party. The Company is also liable to recover its service charges against booking and canceling such services for the Client.

REFUNDS

Refunds (If any) for amendments and/or cancellations will be paid directly to the Client for booking made directly with the Company by way of Demand draft/Crossed cheque/ Cash at the discretion of the Company. For Bookings routed through our Preferred Sales Agents or Travel agent, the refunds will be routed through them. It would at least take 30 days to process refunds. There is no refund payable for any unutilized services (e.g. Meals, Entrance Fees, Optional Tours, Hotels, and Sightseeing, etc.) for any reason whatsoever.

GENERAL INFORMATION

All domestic Hotels/Transport rates are based on the current tariff & subject to change without prior notification; the revised rates will be charged extra. All arrangements made by Pahariyan Tourism Pvt. Ltd. are in the capacity of an agent only. Pahariyan Tourism Pvt. Ltd. will not be liable for claims or expenses arising from circumstances beyond our control such as accidents, injuries, delayed or canceled flights & acts of force majeure.
