TOUR ITINERARY

Day 1: Arrive in Srinagar - Gulmarg (56 km / 2 hours approximately)

Upon arrival, meet our representative and drive to Gulmarg “Meadow of Flowers” 2730 Mts. above sea level. The distance of 60 km will be covered in about 2 hrs. On the way you can visit, apple Valley, Dry fruit markets. Gulmarg has one of the best Ski slopes in the world and the highest golf course in the world with 18 holes. Overnight stay in Hotel

Day 2: Gulmarg Local Sightseeing

After breakfast Enjoy The day in Gulmarg. One can also have the view of Nanga Parbhat if weather permits. The view en route from Tangmarg to Gulmarg is fascinating. One can also have a short trek up to Khilangmarg which can be covered in about 3 to 4 hrs or enjoy the scenic view of Kongdori on a Cable Car Known as a Gondola (on your own). Day 3: Gulmarg - Pahalgam (140 km / 3:30 hours approximately)

After Breakfast Drive to Pahalgam “Valley of Shepherds”. On the way, you can visit Pampore Saffron Field, Bat factory, Apple gardens, Awantipora ruins, and also Mattan Temple. On arrival check-in Hotel in Pahalgam enjoy nature and admire the beauty of this quiet place and be in awe of the serene surroundings. Overnight stay in Hotel

Day 4: Pahalgam Local Sightseeing

After Breakfast Enjoy Full Day in Pahalgam. One can also visit Betaab Valley {Mini Switzerland} and can also enjoy a pony ride/ union cab to nearby places like Aru, Chandanwadi (on a direct-hire basis) or if you are an avid nature lover you may take pleasure in a peaceful walk along the River Lidder. Pahalgam is famous for some trekking routes also & is the base camp for Amarnath Pilgrimage. Overnight stay in Hotel

Day 5: Pahalgam – Srinagar (86 km / 2:30 hours approximately)

After breakfast, drive to Srinagar and enjoy the site scene of the famous Mughal Gardens Cheshma Shahi “Royal Spring” Shalimar “Garden of Love” Nishat Garden “Garden of Pleasure” Shankaracharya Temple. Also enjoy a 1 hr shikara ride in dal lake On return visit a local Handicrafts Showroom for hand-knotted specialty silken carpets, shawls, jewelry ornaments. Overnight stay in Hotel

Day 6: Srinagar - Sonmarg – Srinagar (94 km / 3:40 hours approximately)

After breakfast leave with the full-day excursion for Sonmarg “The meadow of gold. Situated at an altitude of 9000 Ft. Sonmarg is at a distance of 84 km from Srinagar is also called as “The meadow of gold”.Sonmarg lies in Sindh Valley streamed with flowers and surrounded by mountains. The place is also the base for some interesting treks to the high altitude of Himalayan Lake. Ponies can be hired for the trip up to Thajiwas glacier, which is a major local attraction during the summer. Drive back from Sonmarg to Srinagar. Overnight stay in Hotel.

Day 7: Srinagar - Onwards destination.

After breakfast enjoys the morning in Srinagar and gets ready for transfer to the Srinagar airport to board your scheduled flight for onward destination.

· Trip to Thajwas Glacier in Sonmarg as it is done by local taxi.

· Services of a Guide, Entry tickets & other Misc. Charges.

· Any other services not in the programme.

The Optional Cost:-

 Cable Car(Gondola ride )in Gulmarg Ist Phase: ₹850/-Per Person & 2nd Phase 950/-Per Person.

Trip to Aru & Chandanwari, betaab valley in Pahalgam Private Cab@ ₹2500/- for 06 Persons. and 100 Rs per person for entrance.

Payment and Cancellation terms

• Full payment has to be paid at least 30 days prior to departure.

• For bookings less than 30 days prior to the date of departure, full money is to be paid at the

time of booking.

• Tickets & Tour Documents would be issued 4 days prior to the date of departure.

Cancellation/Amendments: AMENDMENTS / CANCELLATIONS

If the Client is willing to amend or cancel his/her booking because of whatsoever reasons including death, accident, illness, or any other personal reasons including non-payment of the balance payment, the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from the Client:

When a Cancellation Is made Cancellation Charges per person on or before 30 days prior to the departure of the Tour Initial deposit amount, 29 -15 Days prior to the departure of the Tour 50% of the Total Tour, Cost 14 days or less prior to the date of departure or a "No Show " on the tour 100%of the Total Tour Cost. Any amendment in the original booking has to be given to us in writing. All changes will be processed only after the receipt of the same by the Company. However, if any of the amendment requests results in the cancellation of one or more services, then the Company is liable to recover cancellation charges as indicated in the above-mentioned table.  The above-mentioned cancellation charges are applicable only against the main Tour and optional tours published by the Company. If the Client has booked any other services such as air/train tickets or any third-party product, then the Company is liable to recover cancellation charges as per cancellation terms of respective airline/railways or the cancellation terms of a respective third party. The Company is also liable to recover its service charges against booking and canceling such services for the Client.

REFUNDS:

Refunds (If any) for amendments and/or cancellations will be paid directly to the Client for booking made directly with the Company by way of Demand draft/Crossed cheque/ Cash at the discretion of the Company. For Bookings routed through our Preferred Sales Agents or Travel agent, the refunds will be routed through them. It would at least take 30 days to process refunds. There is no refund payable for any unutilized services (e.g. Meals, Entrance Fees, Optional Tours, Hotels, and Sightseeing, etc.) for any reason whatsoever.

GENERAL INFORMATION:

All domestic Hotels/Transport rates are based on the current tariff & subject to change without prior notification; the revised rates will be charged extra. All arrangements made by Pahariyan Tourism Pvt. Ltd. are in the capacity of an agent only. Pahariyan Tourism Pvt. Ltd. will not be liable for claims or expenses arising from circumstances beyond our control such as accidents, injuries, delayed or canceled flights & acts of force majeure.
