Unknown Silk Route

The Silk Route was a historic trade route that dated from the second century B.C. until the 14th century A.D. It stretched from Asia to the Mediterranean, traversing China, India, Persia, Arabia, Greece, and Italy. It was dubbed the Silk Route because of the heavy silk trading that took place during that period.

    Tour Itinery:-

    Day 1: NJP Railway station to Aritar (Near to Gaddi Gaon).


    Pick up from NJP Railway station and transfer to Makhim (Near to Gaddi Gaon).  The rest of the day is free for your own activity.  Enjoy the mesmerizing view of Mount Kanchenjungha. Overnight stay at Aritar (GaddiGaon)
                    
    DAY 2: Aritar - Reshikhola Sightseeing    


    After having breakfast proceed for Aritar and Reshikhola sightseeing.  En-route visit Some beautiful places in Aritar which can be worth visiting. Lampokhri lake, Mankhim viewpoint, etc. Back to Aritar. Overnight stay at Aritar 
                    
    DAY 3: Aritar to Rongpokhola.


    After breakfast check out and proceed to Rongpokhola. Rongpokhola, a riverside hamlet at East Sikkim. This river is coming from Memencho Lake, so it offers a crystal clear bluish-green stream. Overnight stay at Rongpokhola
                    
    DAY 4: Rongpokhola to Phadamchen.    


    Early in the morning enjoy riverside walking, bird watching, etc. After having breakfast transfer to Phadamchen via Rongli bazaar, en-route visit Kuekhola falls. Overnight stay at Phadamchen 

    DAY 5: Phadamchen - Kupup - Agamlok Sightseeing.

    After having breakfast proceed to visit Zuluk, Zig-Zag way, Thambi View Point, Lungthu, Laxman Chowk, Gnathang Valley, Old Baba Mandir, Tukla Valley, Kupup Lake, and then back to Phadamchen.  Agamlok is a Sherpa village at an altitude of approximately 7000 ft. Enjoy the view of Zig-Zag way and Lungthu. Overnight stay at Phadamchen 
                    
    DAY 6: Phadamchen - NJP        


    Enjoy trekking to the Agamlok monastery early in the morning. You can visit Kanchenjungha, Tsomgo, Lungthu from the ground of the Agamlok monastery. After returning back and after having breakfast proceed towards NJP for your onward journey.

  • REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

    Payment and Cancellation terms :-

    • Full payment has to be paid at least 30 days prior to departure.

    • For bookings less than 30 days prior to the date of departure, full money is to be paid at the

    time of booking.

    • Tickets & Tour Documents would be issued 4 days prior to the date of departure.

    Cancellation/Amendments: AMENDMENTS / CANCELLATIONS

    If the Client is willing to amend or cancel his/her booking because of whatsoever reasons including death, accident, illness, or any other personal reasons including non-payment of the balance payment, the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from the Client:

    When a Cancellation Is made Cancellation Charges per person on or before 30 days prior to the departure of the Tour Initial deposit amount, 29 -15 Days prior to the departure of the Tour 50%of the Total Tour, Cost 14 days or less prior to the date of departure or a "No Show " on the tour 100%of the Total Tour Cost. Any amendment in the original booking has to be given to us in writing. All changes will be processed only after the receipt of the same by the Company. However, if any of the amendment requests results in the cancellation of one or more services, then the Company is liable to recover cancellation charges as indicated in the above-mentioned table.  The above-mentioned cancellation charges are applicable only against the main Tour and optional tours published by the Company. If the Client has booked any other services such as air/train tickets or any third-party product, then the Company is liable to recover cancellation charges as per cancellation terms of respective airline/railways or the cancellation terms of a respective third party. The Company is also liable to recover its service charges against booking and canceling such services for the Client.

    REFUNDS:

    Refunds (If any) for amendments and/or cancellations will be paid directly to the Client for booking made directly with the Company by way of Demand draft/Crossed cheque/ Cash at the discretion of the Company. For Bookings routed through our Preferred Sales Agents or Travel agent, the refunds will be routed through them. It would at least take 30 days to process refunds. There is no refund payable for any unutilized services (e.g. Meals, Entrance Fees, Optional Tours, Hotels, and Sightseeing, etc.) for any reason whatsoever.

    GENERAL INFORMATION:

    All domestic Hotels/Transport rates are based on the current tariff & subject to change without prior notification; the revised rates will be charged extra. All arrangements made by Pahariyan Tourism Pvt. Ltd. are in the capacity of an agent only. Pahariyan Tourism Pvt. Ltd. will not be liable for claims or expenses arising from circumstances beyond our control such as accidents, injuries, delayed or canceled flights & acts of force majeure.
