Day 1 - Arrival at NJP Railway station/IXB Airport
Darjeeling Gangtok tour package will start with your arrival at the Bagdogra airport or the NJP railway station. Meet our representative and get transferred to your hotel in Gangtok.You are free for the rest of the day. You can relax or can go to explore on your own. You can go to explore the famous M.G Marg if you wish. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 2 - Tsomgo Lake and Baba Mandir | Nathula Pass (Optional)
Have your breakfast and get ready for a sightseeing tour around the region. Visit to the brilliant Tsomgo lake, which is a beautiful place to take some amazing snaps.On the way back, stop by at Kyongnosla. Visit the shrine of Baba Harbhajan Singh, more commonly known as the Baba Mandir, located just 17 km from the lake. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 3 - Gangtok to Darjeeling
After breakfast in the morning, you will start the transfer from Gangtok to Darjeeling as per the Darjeeling Gangtok tour package. Arrival at Darjeeling, You will be totally mesmerized by the many tea gardens and high mountains surrounding the entire city. Check-in to your hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 4 - Tiger Hill Visit | Darjeeling Sightseeing
Wake up early on this day (4 AM) and start the journey to the top of the famous Tiger Hill in Darjeeling. Witness the mesmerizing sunrise shedding golden light on the peak of Kanchenjunga. After this, visit the Batasia Loop and Ghoom Monastery. Have your breakfast. Go for another round of sightseeing, covering major attractions like Zoological Park, Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, Ropeway, Tibetan Refugee Self Help Centre, Tensing Rock, and Japanese Temple. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 5 - Check-out and Return
Have your breakfast, Check out of the hotel and get transferred to the airport or railway station as the Darjeeling Gangtok tour package comes to an end.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Payment and Cancellation terms
• Full payment has to be paid at least 30 days prior to departure.
• For bookings less than 30 days prior to date of departure, full money is to be paid at the
time of booking.
• Tickets & Tour Documents would be issued 4 days prior to date of departure.
Cancellation/Amendments:
AMENDMENTS / CANCELLATIONS
If the Client is willing to amend or cancel his/her booking because of whatsoever reasons
including death, accident, illness, or any other personal reasons including non-payment of the
balance payment, the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from the Client:
When a Cancellation Is made Cancellation Charges per person on or before 30 days prior to the departure of the Tour Initial deposit amount, 29 -15 Days prior to the departure of the Tour 50%of the Total Tour, Cost 14 days or less prior to date of departure or a "No Show " on the tour 100%of the Total Tour Cost.
Any amendment in the original booking has to be given to us in writing. All changes will be processed only after the receipt of the same by the Company. However, if any of the amendment requests results in cancellation of one or more services, then the Company is liable to recover cancellation charges as indicated in the above-mentioned table.
The above-mentioned cancellation charges are applicable only against the main Tour and optional tours published by the Company. If the Client has booked any other services such as air / train tickets or any third party product, then the Company is liable to recover cancellation charges as per cancellation terms of respective airline / railways or the cancellation terms of respective third party. The Company is also liable to recover its service charges against booking and cancelling such services for the Client.
REFUNDS
Refunds (If any) for amendments and/or cancellations will be paid directly to the Client for booking made directly with the Company by way of Demand draft/Crossed cheque/ Cash at the discretion of the Company. For Bookings routed through our Preferred Sales Agents or Travel agent, the refunds will be routed through them. It would atleast take 30 days to process refunds. There is no refund payable for any unutilized services (e.g. Meals, Entrance Fees, Optional Tours, Hotels, and Sightseeing etc.) for any reason whatsoever.

All domestic Hotels/Transport rates are based on current tariff & subject to change without prior notification; the revised rates will be charged extra. All arrangements made by Pahariyan Tourism Pvt. Ltd. are in the capacity of an agent only. Pahariyan Tourism Pvt. Ltd. will not be liable for claims or expenses arising from circumstances beyond our control such as accidents, injuries, delayed or cancelled flights & acts of force majeure.
